Huntington Beach Trail

This is one of the most famous beaches for rollerblading and cycling; it stretches for 24 miles, all the way to Newport Beach.  This trail is necessary so you can see the difference when running at a flat and sea level area.

Explore this 13.1-mile out-and-back trail near Huntington Beach, California. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 3 h 50 min to complete. This is a very popular area for road biking, running, and walking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

Surface
The trail surface is paved asphalt and typically at least 15 feet wide. A painted dividing line along most of the trail reduces the width.

Grade
This trail is estimated to be mostly flat.

Benches are available along the route for resting. An accessible restroom is available at the south end of the park.
