Graphic Artist, Web Developer, Event Planner and Coach by trade.  I have 50 years of being an athlete and 35 year in the profession business world.

My track record speak for itself, an innovator, creator, and trainer.

I'd like to share my experience and expertise in coaching and training to help you achieve your goals.
My training plan is tailored to your individual needs and performance. I offer guided training through intervals of running and walking, starting with a warm-up walk and then alternating between one minute of running and one minute of walking.
